As artists and creatives, we know that sometimes, all we can do to respond to the world’s dynamics is to simply make art and create.

The graduating students I have been with this past semester are experiencing a very specific time in history full of uncertainty.

The themes and the thoughtful process and research used as they identified the key drivers for their macro trend have impressed me tremendously.

The class's sensitivity to what is at stake in the world right now makes me proud that, as designers, artists, and future tastemakers of the world, their values are represented in their art.

To the entire class. I wish you all the best as you move into the next chapter. It has been an honor. I can’t wait to see what each of you will do next. I have no doubt you all will have much success. And, always remember what an honor it is to do what we love.
